What we collect

Your name, phone, email, and health and insurance details (including CDCP), plus your answers on our forms.

Why

To book and provide your hygiene care, keep your treatment records, bill your visit, and contact you about appointments and enquiries.

Texts and email

By giving us your contact details, you agree we may text or email you about your care. Reply STOP to opt out.

Who sees it

Only our team and the service providers we use to run the practice. Some may store information outside Canada. We never sell it. We share it only for your care or billing, when you ask, or when the law requires.

Facebook and Instagram

Forms on these platforms pass through Meta, and Meta's privacy policy applies to what it collects.

How long

Enquiries that do not become appointments: 24 months, then deleted. Patient records: as required by law and our professional college.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, subject to legal record-keeping rules.
